From Ukrainska Pravda (infamous Kremlin propaganda media)
Defence Intelligence of Ukraine official says Kyiv can't win on battlefield alone: such wars end in treaties IVASHKIV OLENA — FRIDAY, 3 MAY 2024, 00:51 34256
Defence Intelligence of Ukraine official says Kyiv can't win on battlefield alone: such wars end in treaties MEETING OF UKRAINE’S AND RUSSIA’S DELEGATIONS IN MARCH 2022. PHOTO: OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE Vadym Skibitskyi, Deputy Head of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, has said that he sees no way for Ukraine to win the war on the battlefield alone. He believes that such wars can only end in treaties.
Source: Skibitskyi in an interview with The Economist
Details: Skibitskyi noted that even if Ukraine managed to push Russian troops back to the borders, which is an increasingly remote prospect, it would not end the war.
Skibitskyi noted that both sides are currently trying to take the "most favourable position" before potential negotiations. But he also stressed that meaningful negotiations may not begin until the second half of 2025.
By then, Russia will face serious "headwinds." Russia's military production capacity has grown, but will plateau in early 2026 due to a lack of materials and engineers.
Both Ukraine and Russia may eventually face a shortage of weapons. But if nothing else changes, Ukraine will run out of weapons first.
Skibitskyi said the biggest uncertain factor in the war was Europe. If Ukraine's neighbours do not find a way to further increase their defence production to help Ukraine, they too will eventually be targeted by Russia.
He downplayed the importance of Article 5, which deals with NATO's collective defence and even the presence of NATO troops in countries bordering Ukraine. This article, in his view, may prove to be of little practical significance.
Quote from Skibitskyi: "The Russians will take the Baltics in seven days. NATO’s reaction time is ten days."
More details: He also noted that Ukraine's bravery and sacrifice have given Europe a multi-year head start, eliminating the immediate threat of the once-fearsome Russian airborne forces and marines for at least a decade.
Now, as Skibitskyi stressed, the question is whether Europe will reciprocate by allowing Ukraine to stay in the game: "We have no choice. We want to live. But the outcome of the war [...] isn’t just down to us."

“The democratically elected government was overthrown by a violent western colour revolution, and many people in Ukraine did not accept the new unelected, illegitimate government. You didn't accept the democratically elected government in your own country.”
What absolute twaddle. Of course many did not accept the Majdan revolution; many didn’t support the collapse of the Soviet Union either. And why should I accept a democratically elected government if it’s totally incompetent and corrupt, you pathetic peasant?

The fire was a crime? It was a mass murder by ukrainian banderite nazis. Nobody was arrested, charged or convicted.
The democratically elected government was overthrown by a violent western colour revolution, and many people in Ukraine did not accept the new unelected, illegitimate government. You didn't accept the democratically elected government in your own country.
You are probably a fascist.

Point’s as straight as a die, SpamBotTroll2. The fire was a crime. I’m asking you who are these Banderite Nazis Putin wants to save us from. He is a known mass-murderer so they must be pretty nasty to make anyone want to seek his protection from them.

Wtf do you mean? Try typing a straight point or question.
Are you suggesting the fire was imaginary, or that nobody ordered it? You probably believe the Maidan was a spontaneous uprising and had nothing to do with the west.

Who are the imaginary people in Ukraine beyond who “support” a crime like the Odessa fire? These Banderite Nazis the mass-murderer in the Kremlin is trying to free us from with YOUR support?

10 years ago today, in Odessa, Ukrainian Banderite Nazis locked 46 people inside the Trade Union Hall and burnt them to death, anyone who escaped was shot or kicked to death.
What sort of people support this? Cucks? Brainwashed idiots?

Except some issues are simple, and searching for nuance because an exercise in justifying the unacceptable and pandering to fascism.
Putin should withdraw. End of the matter. Then you can help him search for all the shades of grey you want.
Until then his cuck army is doing his bidding - numerous pathetic examples on here.

Seems Rosalia, who does a some called Di mi Nombre is the talented one.
Rosalie Nombre is more obscure. The journalists reporting on the Ukrainian AI spokesperson seem to agree she is a singer, influencer and a real person. Whoever she is, it’s her the AI is sampling to create the spokesperson’s personality. English is alright for a Ukrainian - shame about the Yank accent.
